Hi! I read informations of you by hostelworld. It’s possible to park. Is it available to park inside? We don’t want to park in the street. Thanks

Hi! Theres is a parking option but is on Urriola street. We do not provide a private parking. There's always another option, the underground parking lit in Sotomayor Square or in the upper level in Ibis Hotel. Cheers!

Do you offer luggage storage?

of course, very safe and spacious.

Hi can the double beds be made into singles? Thanks, Georgia

Hi Georgia! We can add a single bed into room number 8 but we can not separate the bed, it's a queen size bed or a King Size in cas of room number 6.

Is it quiet at night?

At mid night we take the guests that want to go out ( bars or clubs ) and from midnight on we have the rule, respect others and keep silence.

Can I use my own sleeping bag?

Of course

Do I need a lock for the lockers?

yes, and we sell locks too!

Do you have planned events or activities?

yes we do, everyday, changing every week.

How much does it cost to rent a lock?

it cost 1500 clp.

Is it possible to do the laundry?

We do not have this service but we can point you where to go. Saludos!

Are sheets and towels included?

we include sheets, but rent-towels cost 1000 clp.

Stay here!
We stayed in the double bedroom with a private bathroom and it was a lovely huge room with a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was also really spacious. We enjoyed our stay, good location and the shared area for cooking and relaxing were great. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

Amazing kitchen / social space on the top floor. Right opposite the best empanaderia
Toilets and showers could have been cleaner. Wifi quite slow in rooms

great location, nice kitchen and common space. made it easy to meet other travellers
